Men Soccer Shorts
The Right Football Shorts
A football short should be strong and durable. During a game, you may make a slide tackle or an opponent might pull at your clothing. The shorts will take quite a beating during a football training session or match, which is why it's important that the material is strong and not easily torn.
Additionally, you need to be able to move freely. When trying them on, it’s helpful to move around—run a bit, throw one leg in the air—to see if the shorts fit comfortably and allow free movement. Most football shorts come with an elastic waistband, with or without a drawstring, which ensures a good fit around your body.
Another important feature of football shorts is that they should be made of a material that can wick away sweat. Polyester is an example of a highly suitable material. Polyester is lightweight, dries quickly, and efficiently wicks moisture.
Care Instructions
After making a slide, you may find that grass stains appear on your shorts. To prevent these stains from soaking into the fabric, we recommend washing the shorts as soon as possible after a training session or match. This will also prevent sweat from soaking into the fabric and damaging its essential properties.
The care instructions are found on the label inside the football shorts. It is advised not to use fabric softener, as it can damage the technical fabric of the shorts. Do not put the shorts in the dryer; instead, hang them up to dry.
Tip
Do not underestimate the importance of good football socks. They protect your feet, and wearing the correct size is essential to reduce the risk of foot injuries.
