Return & Warranty
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you reserve the right to return the item, with sufficient postage, within a 14 day period without reason. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item to your bank account. Before returning an item we advise you to carefully read the return policy conditions. Inspection upon delivery
Inspect items upon delivery. Please check that they are undamaged and that the items received are the same listed on the invoice. In the event that this isn't the case, please report this within 24 hours via firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +31 (0)172 820 420. As soon as you use an item, the delivery is considered accepted.
In order to process your return, you need to fill out the necessary digital return form. This way our helpdesk is informed that the item will be sent back. Items that are returned without a completely filled out return form will not be processed. You need to fill in your bank account number so that Plutosport can refund the purchase price. Please double check the account number! Plutosport will not be held responsible for refunds made to the incorrect bank account. Please note: Don’t forget to add a copy of the invoice with the return package, otherwise we won't know where the returned items came from.

Can I exchange items?
When an item is returned, the purchase price is automatically refunded to your bank account. Exchanging an item is therefore not possible. If you wish to order a new item, you can place a new order on the website. An item ordered in a different colour or size is considered a new order. If you place a new order after returning an item, Plutosport will charge delivery costs for this item.
