How do I place an order?
You can place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
- Click on the item you’re interested in;
- On the product page, select your size and then click on the "order now" button;
- The item is now placed in your shopping cart. You can find your shopping cart on the right upper side. The items in your shopping cart can be removed or the size(s) can be changed;
- If you’re finished shopping, click the "pay" button the cart;
- In order for us to process your order, you have to log in. If it is your first time shopping at Plutosport, you’ll need to fill in your personal details so we can register you. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your registration;
- When you have successfully logged in you’ll have to choose your delivery method. Please note: It is not possible to have items send to a PO Box!
- Please check that everything is filled in correctly and then click "next". You can now choose what method of payment you would like to use;
- When payment is received, confirmation of your order will appear. A copy of your order and payment will be send to you by e-mail. You have now successfully placed an order!

How long will delivery take?
Plutosport makes deliveries on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
If the delivery is unsuccessful to you or your neighbours, the package will be send back to Plutosport and you’ll receive notification. In some countries, your package will be sent to the nearest post office where you can pick it up.
Please note: Orders cannot be send to a PO Box!

How can I change my personal details?
When logged in, you will find a button labelled "my Plutosport" at the right top corner and also a label "my Plutosport" on the right hand side of your browser. Via "my Plutosport" you can alter and save your personal information.
