Promotional conditions

Participation
To participate in the savings program you are:

• Agreed to the promotional terms and conditions.
• 18 years or older and registered with a valid email address.
• Not a business customer of Plutosport.

• After creating an account, you will immediately receive 50 points as a gift, worth €2.50.
• For every euro you spend you save 1 point and 1 point is worth €0.05. With 50 points you have saved €2.50 discount, which you can redeem immediately.
• Euros spent are always rounded, which means: with a purchase worth €22.49, you save 22 points.
• You receive 25 points for each review, you can write a maximum of 5 reviews per year and earn an additional 125 points.
• You do not earn points on shipping costs.
• Your points are visible in your account.
• Points are not transferable. If you place an order with a different account than the one with which you are registered for the savings program, the points cannot be claimed afterwards.

• You can redeem your points from 50 points (€2.50).
• Points cannot be redeemed on shipping costs, shipping costs are always paid.
• Points will be credited to your account 30 days after purchase.
• Points are valid for six months. If you have saved points on multiple orders, there are different expiration dates. The exact expiration date per order can be found in your account.
• Points cannot be settled afterwards.
• If you use a discount code, this discount will first be applied to the total amount before you redeem points.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash

• The loyalty points will be credited to your account 30 days after purchase. If you return part of your order within 30 days, you will only receive loyalty points on the items you have kept.
• If you return an order for which you have redeemed reward points, these points will be returned to your account. No loyalty points will be returned for a partial return.

• You can end your participation at any time by logging out through your account.
• Upon termination of participation, all points will expire and you will no longer receive the newsletter.

• Plutosport reserves the right to check participants for compliance with the conditions.
• Violation may lead to exclusion from participation and all savings points will expire.
• Any unjustified discount can be reclaimed by means of an invoice.
• Plutosport reserves the right to make interim changes to the savings program.
• Plutosport has the right to change or terminate the loyalty program at any time, without compensation to participants. Any changes will be communicated at least 2 months in advance via email and/or website.

Only one discount code or voucher can be used per order.

• Discount codes are only valid during the period specified in the terms and conditions.
• A discount code linked to a minimum spending amount is calculated after deducting any returns. The remaining amount is the spending value.
• If the spending value falls below the minimum required for the discount code after deducting returns, the discount will be adjusted to reflect the returned items.
• The value of an order for discount codes linked to a minimum spending amount is calculated excluding shipping and handling costs.
• Discount codes that can only be used once will not be reactivated after the (partial or full) return of an order.
• Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively and are not redeemable for cash.
• Vouchers with a higher value cannot be split into smaller amounts.
• If a voucher is used for a lower amount than its total value, the remaining balance will expire.
• Promotion codes can only be used once per account, unless stated otherwise.
• Discount codes that can only be used once may not be redeemed by the same person using multiple accounts.
• Codes without a minimum order amount are not valid for pickup orders equal to or less than the discount amount.

The terms and conditions for these promotions are:

• The discount is applied in the shopping cart.
• The discount is automatically applied to the cheapest products from the specific product group in the shopping cart.
• The discount is valid on selected items.
• This offer is subject to availability: while supplies last.
• If one or more of the items are returned, the discount will no longer apply and will be adjusted in the refunded amount.
• The discount is not redeemable for cash.
• Plutosport reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time.
• Prices are subject to typographical errors.

The terms and conditions for these promotions are:

• This promotion is valid on selected items.
• When you purchase two items, you receive a 50% discount on the cheapest item.
• If you decide to return one of the items, the value of the original discount will be deducted from the refund.
• Example: Suppose you buy two items: one for €50 and one for €30. You receive a 50% discount on the cheapest item (€30), so you pay €50 + €15 = €65. If you decide to return the €50 item, you will receive €35 back (€50 - the original discount of €15 = €35).
• If you decide to return the cheaper discounted item, only half of the original price will be refunded. In the example, you would receive €15 back (€30 - 50% discount = €15).
• Once one of the two items is returned, the 50% discount on the other item will no longer apply.

The terms and conditions for these promotions are:

• This promotion is valid on all items in the winter sports category.
• When you purchase five items, you receive the cheapest item for free.
• If you decide to return one of the paid items, the value of the originally free item will be deducted from the refund.
• If you decide to return the free item, no refund will be issued.
• Once one of the five items is returned, the 4+1 promotion will no longer apply to the remaining items.
