The benefits of PlutoPoints

With every purchase you save points that you can exchange for even more discounts. For every euro you spend, you save 1 point (excluding shipping costs). For every 50 points you receive a €2.50 discount. You can find your points balance in your account.

You can redeem points in your shopping cart from as little as 50 points (€2.50).

Yes, if you use a discount code, the discount code will first be applied to the total amount. Your savings points will be calculated on the new total amount.

Yes, you can exchange both with your order.

PlutoPoints is a digital loyalty program, there's no physical card needed!

You must redeem your saved points at once, but you will automatically save new points when you make a purchase.

You can find a current overview in your account.

The points will be credited to your account 30 days after purchase. If you return part of your order within 30 days, you will only receive points on the items you have kept.

Have you redeemed points but are you returning your entire order? The points will then be returned to your account. No points will be reset for a partial return.

The points in your account are valid for six months. If you have saved points on multiple orders, there are different expiration dates. The exact expiration date per order can be found in your account. If you do not spend the points before this date, these points will expire.

With every purchase you will find your current points in the email confirmation. If your points expire soon, we will send you a reminder in time so that you can still redeem your points.

Points cannot be transferred between multiple accounts.

You unsubscribe by logging in with your account. Then go to 'Savings program' in your account and click on 'Yes, I unsubscribe from the loyalty program and the newsletter' at the bottom of the page.

Please note: If you are a member of the savings program and you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, savings will stop and all your saved points will automatically expire.
