Windbreakers for football for women
A windbreaker protects you against wind and light rain during the warm-up.
When to wear a windbreaker?
Windbreakers offer protection against cold wind and light rain. Windbreakers can be worn well during warm periods to keep out wind and light rain. On colder days it also makes a big difference if wind is kept out while training. By putting on several layers underneath, the windbreaker also offers the right protection then. A windbreaker basically sits somewhere between a coat and a sweater.
Material
Windbreakers are generally made from lightweight material. This is often a synthetic material that's water-repellent and blocks wind. Windbreakers are often fitted with an elastic waistband and elastic cuffs, so wind and rain get no chance to get in. Most windbreakers include a hood.
Washing instructions
Windbreakers have protective properties. To make sure these important properties aren't lost, it's important to wash the windbreaker according to the washing instructions. You'll find these instructions on the label on the inside of the windbreaker. Don't use fabric softener.
Tip
Make sure you put on enough base layers if it's very cold outside. Thermal clothing is one such layer, which keeps your body dry and at the right temperature.
