Men's compression running socks
Why Compression Socks?
Previously, many runners started wearing compression socks during their runs on medical advice, but more and more runners are now choosing to wear them voluntarily. Compression socks apply a lot of pressure on the ankles, which gradually decreases towards the knee. This helps push the blood towards the heart and stimulates blood circulation. Compression socks promote faster blood flow, allowing oxygen-rich blood to return to the muscles more quickly and waste products to be removed from the muscles more efficiently! The tight socks also reduce muscle vibrations in the lower legs with each step, preventing muscle fatigue and delaying muscle soreness.
When to Wear Compression Socks?
Compression socks are tight and high socks that you can wear both during and after your run. It’s even recommended not to remove them immediately after running! By wearing compression socks during your run, you’ll notice that your legs feel less fatigued, allowing you to run longer without exerting as much effort. Wearing them after running helps to speed up recovery and allows you to begin your next running session sooner!
