Indoor hockey shoes men
Indoor hockey is of course a bit different from outdoor hockey and therefore also requires different shoes. It's a fast and agile game, so you need indoor hockey shoes from Brabo or Reece that let you easily make short actions and sprint hard. It's also important that indoor hockey shoes don't leave marks on the indoor floor and offer enough cushioning.
What requirements do indoor hockey shoes need to meet?
The most important requirement is that they don't leave marks on the indoor floor. Indoor hockey shoes are therefore always fitted with non-marking soles. In the past these soles were only available in light colours, but nowadays there are also indoor hockey shoes with black non-marking soles.
Cushioning and grip
An indoor floor is quite a bit harder than an (artificial) turf pitch, so it's important that indoor hockey shoes offer good cushioning to prevent injuries. A sole with good grip is also essential, since speed plays a big role in indoor hockey. The shoes need to both support you while running and enable you to improve your agility.
