Day out with children

Going to the beach or the pool with children is quite different than without children! Of course, you need toys to entertain the children and you also want to protect them well from the sun.

Protection of the feet

To protect the little feet from the warm sand and sharp objects, it is wise to have the children wear flip-flops or water shoes. Both flip-flops and water shoes are airy, but still allow the children to run undisturbed on the beach! You also don't have to worry around the pool, as many flip-flops and water shoes have rubber soles and therefore provide a lot of grip!

Sports and games

Children often love to be active, and this is no different on the beach or at the pool. With a fun game or a large inflatable item, they can often be entertained for hours, which is of course a real win-win situation! But you can also choose to play a game with the kids, badminton and petanque, for example, are ideal to take along on a day out.

Sun protection

To optimally protect the children from the sun, it is not only very important to apply sunscreen well, but you can also have them wear a UV shirt! A UV shirt protects the upper body from the bright sun rays and prevents the skin from burning.

Active in the water

Are your children always looking for action? Then take a snorkel set with you and let them take a look underwater! What little animals will the children encounter during their swim? Or do the children prefer surfing? Then a bodyboard is a must-have to brave the waves!

Tip

All that swimming and playing will make you thirsty and hungry. A cooler bag with ice packs will keep the drinks and snacks cool!
