Why Choose a Women's Tracksuit?

A women's tracksuit consists of a training jacket and training pants. You can wear a tracksuit when heading to your football training or match. It keeps your body warm and helps your muscles reach the right temperature. We recommend keeping the tracksuit on during your warm-up. If the outdoor temperature is pleasant, you can remove the tracksuit after the warm-up. Put it back on during the cool-down to prevent your muscles from cooling down too quickly, which could lead to severe muscle soreness. If it’s chilly outside, you can also keep the tracksuit on during training. Cold muscles are more prone to injuries, so ensure they stay warm.

Polyester and Woven Tracksuits

Tracksuits for women designed for football should be made of breathable material. It is essential that the tracksuit can wick away sweat, keeping your body dry and comfortable. Tracksuits are categorized into "polyester" and "woven." Essentially, all tracksuits are made of polyester, but the structure varies. Standard tracksuits are polyester tracksuits, recognizable by their slightly shiny appearance. A woven tracksuit is also made of polyester but has a different weave, making it thinner than standard polyester tracksuits. In woven tracksuits, the threads are tightly woven together, creating a smooth, flexible fabric.

Most women's tracksuits have training pants with short zippers at the bottom of the pant legs. These zippers make it easy to put the pants on and take them off without removing your shoes. Additionally, tracksuits often include pockets, which may or may not have closures.

Tip

To get the most out of your tracksuit, wash it according to the care instructions. These can be found on the label inside the tracksuit. Avoid using fabric softener and do not put the tracksuit in the dryer; instead, let it air-dry on a drying rack. This helps preserve the technical properties of the fabric.
