A long tight can be worn year-round. If the temperature is 10 degrees Celsius or lower, we definitely recommend wearing a long tight. If the temperature is above 10 degrees Celsius, you could opt for a three-quarter tight. For even warmer temperatures, a short tight is a great choice. In any case, make sure your muscles stay warm. Cold muscles can lead to injuries.
