Hockey can be played quite quickly and easily on your own. To play a real hockey match, you need a few important items: sports clothing, shin guards, mouth protection (mouthguard), hockey stick, and of course a hockey ball.
Hockey Match
During a hockey match, it is important that you can concentrate well, which will improve the team performances of your hockey team and you will become better and better! Of course, you all wear the same team clothing and radiate that you are a united team. In addition, a hockey stick, hockey shoes, a mouthguard, and shin guards should not be missing during a hockey match! If you want extra protection, you can choose to wear a hockey glove and for defenders, it is very wise to wear a face mask during penalty corners.
Hockey Training
During training, you are constantly moving during the various hockey exercises, so it is important to wear flexible hockey clothing and comfortable hockey shoes. In principle, you need the same items during a hockey training as during a hockey match, the main difference being that during a hockey training you can choose which clothing to wear. For example, if it is colder outside, you can choose to wear a tracksuit, but on warmer days, you can wear a lightweight hockey top.
