In-mold Ski Helmets

In-mold ski helmets feature a hard yet thin outer shell. The soft inner layer is made of foam, which is sprayed against the hard exterior. This design allows any shocks to be absorbed by the foam.

Compared to hard shell and hybrid ski helmets, in-mold ski helmets are lightweight and have many ventilation holes. These characteristics make the ski helmet very comfortable and sufficiently ventilated. With the wonderfully soft ear pads, your ears will also stay nice and warm!

Safety

Safety has also been prioritized! The hard outer shell protects the head in case of a collision or fall; however, it is too thin to offer protection against sharp objects (such as rock walls). The soft inner layer absorbs the impact during an accident, so that it is (mostly) mitigated before reaching the head.
