Tennis Bags
How many rackets are you taking with you?
Which bag is suitable for you depends on the number of rackets and clothing you are taking with you. If you are only taking one racket, a backpack is sufficient, as it can fit one racket alongside your clothing, with the racket handle sticking out of the bag. If you are taking multiple rackets, it is advisable to look at bags suitable for three to 12 rackets.
Backpack
The backpack has a compartment where the racket head can fit, with the handle sticking out of the bag. There are zippers on both sides that can be closed up to the handle. There is also a large compartment against the back where clothing and shoes can be stored.
The 3 racket bag
The smallest bag, suitable for multiple rackets, is the bag that can hold three tennis rackets. This bag is suitable for recreational players and youth players. In addition to the rackets, this bag can also hold necessary clothing and tennis balls. These bags come with a handle combined with a shoulder strap.
The 6 racket bag
This bag is larger than the 3 racket bag and can hold 6 rackets. There is also enough space for shoes, clothing, balls, and more. This bag is suitable for tennis players who play matches or tournaments more frequently. Everything you need fits inside and you won't lose anything on the tennis court. These bags come in many different designs, some can only be carried as a handbag and shoulder bag, while others can be worn as a backpack.
The 8, 9, 10, 12 racket bag
These bags can hold many rackets and usually have three large compartments where multiple rackets can fit. There is also enough space in these compartments for clothing to change during a match or tournament. These bags are often used by tennis players at a higher level who carry multiple rackets and change outfits more frequently. All these bags can be worn as backpacks.
Tip
At a club, there are often many people with the same tennis bag, so make sure you can easily recognize your bag. Personalize your bag by, for example, putting nice stickers on it.
