Is a windbreaker warm?
A windbreaker is, of course, windproof, meaning it completely blocks wind and prevents cold air from reaching your body. Many windbreakers feature elastic cuffs at the sleeves and an elastic band or drawstring around the waist, ensuring that wind cannot enter through these openings either.
