Is fitness a sport?

With the right fitness equipment, you can easily set up your own home gym and ensure that you stay in shape! Although you may not expect it, you can already put together a very good workout with small materials and devices. This way, you not only save time but also money!

What to wear during fitness

Every sport has its own comfortable clothing, and fitness is no different! Functional fitness clothing no longer has to look boring or dusty; nowadays, fitness clothing looks very trendy! The (often elastic) fitness clothing offers a lot of freedom of movement and ensures that any perspiration is immediately removed, allowing you to train undisturbed and keep your body feeling dry and fresh. A good fitness outfit consists of a warm sweater for the warm-up, short or long fitness pants, and don't forget the sports socks! After the warm-up, it's nice to be able to take off your sweater and/or long fitness pants; wear a fitness shirt and fitness short underneath.

Which fitness shoes should I wear

Depending on the exact fitness exercises you are going to do, choose the best fitness shoes for that. In any case, do not wear your sneakers as they do not provide the right cushioning and grip. Good fitness shoes provide enough support, cushioning, and grip. If you are going to do strength training, you want to stay firm, and for cardio training, your shoes should be able to absorb shocks with the floor.
