The Right Temperature

The weather is the main factor in determining when you should wear a short-sleeve football shirt. If the temperature outside is pleasant, a short-sleeve shirt is suitable to wear. A short-sleeve football shirt is therefore mainly worn during the summer months. As the weather gets cooler, it's better to switch to a long-sleeve football shirt. Your muscles need to stay warm. Cold muscles are more susceptible to injuries.

You can also choose to wear a (thermal) long-sleeve shirt under your short-sleeve shirt on colder days. Especially if you have a favorite shirt, you can continue to enjoy wearing it during the winter months.
