It's wonderful to hop on the bike with your child, for example to explore the surroundings and make your child's world a little bigger! On the bike, you see many more things than in the car, and by cycling together, children also learn to participate in traffic, a win-win situation!

The right outfit

If you want to take a carefree ride with your child, it's important that your child wears the right clothing and, of course, has a good bike! The right outfit is not too tight, allowing the child optimal freedom of movement. It's also important that the clothing doesn't chafe, increasing the cycling pleasure for both you and your child!

Safety first

The Dutch roads are getting busier, so it's not surprising that more and more children are wearing a bicycle helmet. A bicycle helmet is not mandatory in the Netherlands, but it does make your child a lot less vulnerable!
