Tennis wrist brace
The stronger your wrists are, the less sensitive this joint is to injuries. During tennis, the muscles and tendons in your wrist can be heavily stressed! If the wrist is overloaded too often, small tears can occur that can cause an injury. Characteristic of a wrist injury is experiencing limited range of motion, the skin may turn slightly red, and sometimes swelling occurs. It is very important to train your forearm and wrist muscles well after an injury, otherwise you have a high chance of ending up back in the infirmary in no time. When you finally get to play tennis again, it is wise to wear a wrist brace. Wrist braces are available in different levels, with level 1 wrist braces offering the least protection and level 3 wrist braces offering the most protection.
