Pull-up Bar

The most common reason people start doing pull-ups is to strengthen their upper body. This doesn’t just include the back and abdominal muscles, but also the arm muscles get a good workout during pull-ups! It’s important to perform pull-ups correctly, so avoid swinging your legs to help pull yourself up. The goal is to hang from the bar with an overhand grip, making sure your hands are wider than your shoulders. Then, pull your body up with both arms until your chin is just above the bar, and then lower yourself down in a controlled manner.

Push-up Bar

When you think of a workout, you probably think of push-ups, right? Push-ups are simple to perform, but with push-up bars, it’s even easier! During regular push-ups on the ground, your wrists can sometimes take a lot of strain, but with push-up bars, you can relieve the pressure on your wrists and prevent wrist injuries. Additionally, push-up bars make the workout a bit more intense because you’re further off the ground, which increases the range of motion for the exercise.
