Kids Swimming Swimsuits
When to wear a swimsuit?
For girls, there are swimsuits and bikinis. The swimsuit has been making a comeback in recent years. During swimming lessons, wearing a swimsuit is often mandatory because it cannot slip off. It also offers less resistance, allowing you to move through the water faster. On the beach, you also see more and more girls wearing a swimsuit. Swimsuits come in all sorts of fun colors and trendy prints.
Different models
There are different models of swimsuits. In particular, the back can have a different shape. For example, there are swimsuits with the so-called splashback. With a splashback, the shoulder straps are connected in the middle. This gives girls complete freedom of movement because the straps cannot slip off. If the swimsuit does not have a splashback, it is useful if the straps are adjustable. The straps can then be adjusted to the right size so that they do not slip off.
Shape and color retention
You naturally want your daughter to enjoy the swimsuit for a long time. Therefore, swimsuits are made from material that is strong and durable. Polyester is a commonly used material. Important properties of polyester are that it retains its shape and color well. In addition, polyester feels soft and dries quickly. Most swimsuits are chlorine resistant and also offer protection against UV radiation.
To ensure that the swimsuit stays beautiful, it is important to follow the washing instructions. It is advisable to rinse the swimsuit immediately after swimming. At home, you can then wash the swimsuit according to the instructions.
Tip
By raising your arms above your head during fitting, you get a good idea of whether the swimsuit stays in place. Swimwear becomes looser in the water, so do not buy the swimsuit too big.
