Running Knee Brace
Knee injuries are a constant risk while running, partly because the knee joint is very prone to injury. Runner's knee and an irritated IT band are common running injuries! Give yourself the time to fully recover and don't rush back into running too soon, as there's a high chance you could get injured again in no time. When you start running again, it may be wise to wear a knee brace! A knee brace provides stability and support, reducing the risk of a new injury. Level 3 knee braces offer the most protection, while level 1 knee braces primarily offer compression and warmth.
