The Different Types of Measuring Equipment
In our range, we have different types of measuring equipment. For example, we have a stopwatch that can be used to track lap times, and watches that are more advanced than a stopwatch. These not only measure heart rate but also distance, pace, time, calories burned, and steps taken.
Stopwatch
The stopwatch can be used for various training types. For example, you can use it for interval training. You can keep track of when to rest or when to speed up. You can also use a stopwatch to measure your results, so you can then try to improve them.
Watches
We have three different types of watches in our range, all of which have GPS functionality. These watches track distance, pace, time, calories burned, and steps taken. There are two additional features: the ability to listen to music through the watch and heart rate monitoring. Check the product descriptions to see which of these features each watch offers.
Heart Rate
The heart continuously provides information about the condition of the body, which is why it’s important to monitor your heart rate. For example, by monitoring your heart rate, you can see if your body has fully recovered from the previous training. A higher resting heart rate than normal could indicate the beginning of an illness, like the flu. For a healthy body, the rule is: the better the condition, the lower the heart rate.
Tip
Make sure to train with variety. If you always train the same way, your body will get used to it, and training will have less and less impact on your body and fitness. Variety can be easily achieved by switching exercises and training at different intensities, such as interval training.
