Training Ab Muscles

Training with an ab wheel is not very difficult; actually, anyone can use the wheel. It’s best to start by kneeling and grabbing the ab wheel with both hands. Then, place the wheel on the floor, roll it as far forward as you can, and stretch your body so that you’re leaning on the wheel and your knees. After that, pull the wheel back toward you and repeat this movement several times.
