Inspection upon delivery

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you reserve the right to return the item, with sufficient postage, within a 14 day period without reason. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item to your bank account. Before returning an item we advise you to carefully read the return policy conditions. If you wish to make a warrant claim, please click here.

Inspect items upon delivery. Please check that they are undamaged and that the items received are the same listed on the invoice. In the event that this isn't the case, please report this within 24 hours via [email protected] or by phone +31 (0)172 820 420. As soon as you use an item, the delivery is considered accepted.

Can I exchange items?

When an item is returned, the purchase price is automatically refunded to your bank account. Exchanging an item is therefore not possible. If you wish to order a new item, you can place a new order on the website. An item ordered in a different colour or size is considered a new order. If you place a new order after returning an item, Plutosport will charge delivery costs for this item.
