Returns Conditions

All returned items must restricted on following conditions:

- The trial period of 7 days has not elapsed, after the expiry of the approval period, the purchase agreement a fact;
- The product is clean, complete and undamaged;
- All labels and tags are still attached to the article;
- The article is not using (trying on clothes is not seen as a use);
- The (factory) is original packaging, undamaged and not described by you or plastered;
- The digital return form is completed and sent through our website and you have a (copy of) invoice enclosed in the box;
- Mention clearly the address of the customer Plutosport on the shipping box;
- The return shipment is properly packed so that items will not be damaged during transport;
- Product packaging must be securely packaged and returned undamaged to be. Wrap instance the original shoe box in an extra box, so that the shoe is not damaged during transport. Unusable for shoeboxes we are forced to charge € 5.00.

In order to treat your return a completed return form required. This form can be downloaded at the bottom of the page. Returns without a completed returns form can unfortunately not be processed.

Please put in your package (a copy of) invoice.
